Not getting Text Message notification

I am not getting Text Message notifications for a long time. it did not get resolved even in the latest update. All other notifications are visible.

You should enable it by following few steps
1- Open Settings
2- Click Apps
3- Click Messages
4- Notifications(Allowed should be there)
