Sustained on screen notification

I am facing this issue after the new software update. This on screen floating notification is taking too long to disappear (about 2-3 mins) than it earlirr used to (10 seconds) and in the meantime, I am not able to use the screen, keyboard properly till this message persists and it's very irritating. I have also reported this issue in Samsung Support but no aid has been provided. I have rebooted the phone several times still it's not getting fixed. If anyone knows anything about this kindly help me.

Looks like your phone is hacked by some apps, factory reset might solve. did you try?

Hacked? Seriously? I don't think so. I think this is a fault by Samsung's side. I haven't tried factory reset.

Write a mail to membersindia@samsung.com regarding this issue attaching all the screenshots you have. Let's see if they will suggest some way out. Else, reset choose option or visit your nearest service center.

Unistall recently installed apps.looks like some third party apps are got access your phone permission sending this notification

But I have installed many apps recently which one should I uninstall? And I also did a security scan through Samsung's inbuilt scanner but did not find any threats.

It is not threat.you grant some notification permission to one app which you have to find.
Suggest you to use your phone in safe mode for some time n see if this issue is still coming or not
If not then definitely third party app is the reason behind this issue
