System UI not responding

Recently I have purchased 2 sets of M21(4GB 64 GB) and M31(6GB 128GB) respectively. Unfortunately both these devices are hanging frequently and the "system UI not responding" notification pops up often. Also the battery is draining fast and there is overheating issue. Hope these problems are sorted out quickly.

this is not at all expected from a brand like Samsung.. I have used vivo and oppo previously, none of them gave this kind of trouble within few days of their purchase

maine amazon se M31 ka phone set replace karaya..to jo naya set aaya, usmein ek new update aaya kal hi..touchwood uske baad abhi koi heating issue nahi aa rahe hain. aur ek cheez maine dekha..pehle wale set pe mai e mcafee antivirus install kar rakha tha to battery fast drainage ho rahe the..par replace wale set pe maine wo mcafee antivirus install nahi kiya..ek ghanta ka upar ho gaya abhi tak battery 100% hain

sab kia firbi heating issue not solved..please samsung give us the software update by which m21 will not heat up again..by simply doing whatsapp and Facebook..
