Galaxy MWhen I bought it in June, I was under the impression that this would happen quarterly. But when I got it, its last update was from February. That hasn't changed since.
At sammobile.com I read that the M31 does get regular updates in India. But it seems that here in Europe we're lacking behind.

Galaxy MThank you for the replies. But I haven't been able to resolve it yet.
Auto download is on. I checked for updates with Smart Switch PC and it said: Your device software is up to date: TB4(PHN)
When I try Settings -> Software update -> Download and install, it says the following
Current version: M315FXXU1ATB4 / M315FOXM1ATB5 / M31FDDU1ATB4
Security patch level: 1 February 2020
I checked online and those version numbers are indeed from February.
I tried to change the language and reset the settings to default. But that didn't make a difference. I also got in contact with the Dutch Samsung helpdesk. But they couldn't help me either.
So I'm at a loss, why I'm still not getting any updates.

Galaxy MI've solved it by flashing country specific Samsung firmware on to my M31, with the help of Odin3.
