System UI Error in M31

Hey,

Can anyone help me to fix this issue.

I am getting System UI error. After that all my activities on phone stopped working like answering Call and making call, even my speaker stopped working after this issue.

its been 20-22 days I bought new phone Samsung M31.

I have reboot the system, cleared the cache partition, factory reset and restart phone several time but unable to solve my issue.

check the same with service center after lockdown.

Please backup your personal data via Smart Switch application. And do a factory data reset. Now restore your data. If the problem persists, flash your device.

I just bought it and exactly the same issue. 

I tried factory reset and not solved.
