Suspicious Folders

I found some hidden suspicious folders in my internal storage and some .DAT extension files.

.AEStemp 

.uxx

.um

.cc

These folders contained a file named :-

Sysid.dat

I just wanted to make sure is it normal or something to be worried about ?

The path is Android/data/.um

remember that the folder is hidden.
