Subject: Complaint Regarding Automatic Restart Issue and Inoperable Banking Apps in Secure Folder After Updating Samsung Galaxy M14 5G

 

Dear Samsung Mobile Support Team,

 

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a couple of issues I have been experiencing with my Samsung Galaxy M14 5G device after a recent update.

 

Firstly, I have encountered frequent automatic restarts with my device since the update was installed. These restarts occur randomly and disrupt my usage experience, causing inconvenience and potential data loss.

 

Secondly, after the update, I have noticed that banking applications within the Secure Folder feature are not functioning properly. Despite attempts to troubleshoot and reinstall the applications, they fail to launch within the Secure Folder environment, thereby hindering my ability to securely access banking services on my device.

 

As a loyal customer of Samsung, I rely on the performance and security of my device for both personal and professional use. These issues significantly impact my productivity and confidence in the reliability of Samsung products.

 

I kindly request your assistance in resolving these issues promptly. Whether through a software patch or alternative solution, I hope to regain the seamless functionality and security I have come to expect from Samsung devices.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue. Although, we would like to inform you that our team is working on it. it will be fixed soon with an update. meanwhile, for now, we would suggest you use the Banking / UPI App Outside from the Secure Folder. However, we are taking your valuable feedback regarding this.

Galaxy device auto-restart issue: Kindly use a genuine Samsung charger.
We always recommend using a genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.

There are two methods to disable the auto restart function
1- Tap on Settings> General management>Reset > Disable Auto restart (if enabled)> Auto restart disabled.
2- Tap on Settings> Battery and device care> Three dots> Automation> Auto restart at set times if enabled.

If you are facing this issue after installing any new application then uninstall that application.
Tap on Settings> Apps > desired app> Uninstall> Ok.

Reset settings: Tap on Settings>General Management> Reset and then tap on Reset settings.

Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Worst phone ever. It was good for 4 to 5 months and after that it is heating too much due to which is low down the brightness automatically and shift network to 4g from 5g

Its the worst i have ever experienced from samsung and customer service also not doing anything
It is geeting heated up in normal task also and geeting brightness low automatically and shifting network to 4g worst phone dont recommend it

Samsung is doing some strategy here they give update and phone brick due to some **bleep** proccessor to the phone😡
