Stucked in android beta version

In March I joined beta programme and update my m32 4g with android 12 beta. In July Samsung launched official android 12 stable version but when I go to update my m32 4g it showing already up to date. Now i am stucked in beta version.

I go to Samsung service center but they was unable to help me.

Please guys help me I m in trouble.

I wanna go stable version of android 12.

Mail to Samsung customer care and remotely help samsung plz try it, and solv ur prblm.

Mistakes
1) bought Samsung (applies to me too).
2) Opted for Beta update when even their so called "stable" updates súçks!!
3) Approaching Samsung service center. Better go to a local shop where they know what they are doing.

However, if you have a laptop, you can use smart switch app to flash the software.

What is stucked? Stuck itself is a past tense of stick. 😂
