Speech service language update error

Speech service language update in progress message is there in my notification for the past one week with the prompt message of Waiting fir network.

But Iam already connected to network and using it for other apps.

I don't know how to resolve this.

Uninstall speech service from the store or disable auto-update.

Please check in Galaxy and Play store. You can disable it if not required
