My upper speaker sound becomes very low. That's why I can't hear properly during call. How can I fix it?

Please Check Your Call volume During Call To Increase The volume .You Are Already Done The process Then You Contact The Samsung Service Center To find The problem Of Call Speaker ✌️

I checked it already. The volume was full during call. I have to go to service center. Thanks buddy

1. Disconnect anything plugged into the headphone jack like a selfie stick, headphones, Bluetooth, etc.

2. Remove any third-party case, protective films, or any other accessory that usually comes in contact with your device.

3. Check device volume settings:
Apps> settings> sound & vibration> volume> Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.

4. Check mute all sound options:
Apps> settings> accessibility> hearing enhancements> Disable mute all sounds (if enabled).

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
