I found some apps are using data. What are these number named apps? Where these came from?

its look like your phone hacked or u may have installed 3rd party apps on ur phone . please review ur installed applications and remove suspected apps

If you download apk's and install them they will appear like that.

If you download apps from websites like apk mirror, mod apps etc.

That's leftover deleted application files..like recently uninstalled games or some apps or apk files..so don't worry..but from next time clear data of such applications before uninstalling them..👍✌
