If you have tried to solve the hanging issue of your M21 mobile but it has not worked for you then try keeping atleast 5 GB to 6GB of the internal storage free at all times as with the latest android update 2 GB to 4GB of virtual memory is allocated from the available internal storage so if internal storage is low then virtual memory cannot function properly. Also this 2 GB to 4 GB of free storage is needed for 64GB internal storage models. For models with 128GB of internal storage check the virtual memory allocation in settings of your device. To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space. Request you to keep at least a ''minimum 20% internal memory free''.
Kindly check RAM in your device:- Path: Settings>Device care>Memory.
To improve the performance RAM of the device should be free. So, clear the RAM memory once a day. Check app cache Does the device hang while accessing any particular Application/Game etc?
