Software update corrupts the phone within 1 year

i have been using mobile for past 15 years and used different brand - Motorola, Nokia and Oppo. Last year i had bought Samsung based on reviews in amazon. Within one year, i had decided to go for another mobile, because of one software update. I never had such an worst experience of software corruption. I have searched in website and most of them facing such problem and they have given different solutions. 

issue 1 - After update, phone continuously restarts

Issue 2 - Sim not found

Issue 3 - Sim2 not allowed MM

Issue 4 - Not going to reboot mode.

First i want to know why there's problem when going for update? why it was not address or given any notification- that you may face such issues if it's known one?

Samsung is not good choice to go for mobile, since it has lot of known issues in listed websites and there's no steps took while giving update to software. Now, am going to return this phone and buy Oppo. Given lot for stress, data lost and waste of money.

You might be facing sim issue or else you are updating through phone only.
I think you havent changed any setting aftee buying your phone. Thats why you are not getting reboot button.
