Hello friends. Help me regarding software updates on M30s. I am on August security patch now and no updates till date. Is samsung too much lazy about fixing bugs and providing updates? If so why they advertise about security compared to other brands ? Facing huge network reception problem and no OTA to fix this major issue. Main purpose of purchasing phone is communication not photography or gaming. So fix at least problematic areas related to communication.  Samsung is trying to be defame.

All the mid range devices will receive quarterly updates from Samsung as mentioned and been continued the same...But still they give 5-6 updates a year for any bug related updates or perhaps some features....Security patches are just for enhancing the updated security patches as Google does it for their every devices but Samsung does it only for their flagships....There isn't much difference in the security patch of successive months....If you are facing some major issues pls do contact Authorized Samsung service center...

Any update regarding Security Patch update will be communicated through various channels or as the official announcement on Samsung Members Community and Samsung website. Samsung's endeavor is to provide best updates and incorporate the latest technology in its devices.
Updates are released through FOTA in waves, we are unable to share the exact time for your device to receive the same update.
You will be notified regarding the updates via FOTA. Menu> Settings> About Device> Software Update> Auto Update> Enable it.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

I hv did all update but my samsung M31 getting suddenly E symbol on network icon...this is verey irrreting in mobile meeting in office it's show no network...massage not send
