There are 2 versions of M21. First released in 2020 and another in 2021. Both are 98% same but 2021 edition has 1 minor upgrade.

Talking about software update, No ! M21 2021 edition will not get upgraded . It was a cheap trick to sell out unsold stocks of M21 2020 edition.

The more you pay for the smartphone, the longer the device will be upgraded.

Note: There are 2 types of updates.
1. Gen Update. 2.Year update.

Old smartphones were promised for years type update. This statement was very vague and non-specific.

Now, newer models come with a Gen update.
