M30s is under 6 months patches so u will get 1 patch update every 6 months as it is 3.5 years old phone also if u want to stay updated with latest security patches then u have to purchase new phone during diwali sale because m30s update support is going to end in November 2023 as per 4 year policy.

These are updates you got till now

Device is launched with android 9

As per samsung 2 major os update policy you got

Android 10 and android 11

No more android updates for your Device

I'm literally not satisfied with Samsung.. because of late release and updating my phone sometimes automatically operates I guess there is a great chance to get hacked So I suggest people not to by Samsung m30S.. other models I'm not aware.. Really I feel Disaster of buying this Mobile..
I'm an IT employee, where my company apps only operate on Android 12 and above.. I'm literally facing bad Experience.. Hope need to change mobile if you are not releasing the latest versions

I think you buyed on wrong time

It's very old phone

We can't say samsung fault as they fullfilled what they said

If you want latest update
U must buy phone when
Samsung launches with latest os
Now u have to buy android 13 out of box device

Not device launched with lower android version

If you get chance to buy flagship
Even that buy latest

For this year s23,s23+s23ultra
Launched with android 13
Last android 17 update you will get

Next time before buy check how many android update it will have and which android it's launched with

Don't worry samsung phones are safe

If you think more on security before buy make sure your device has knoxs security

Samsung can't release it no choice other then changing

U are thinking what you got is less check other devices of that time that will not have 1 update also from other brand

Samsung users are lucky to have 2 updates
