Smartview does not work properly

In m51 my samsung tv and and mobile on same wifi but I start smart view my samsung tv don't show in list.it shows only I switch off wifi and start again.

If any one has solution. Please inform

No.whenever I used smart view at that time my TV don't show in mirror view

Only after switch off wifi and then start wifi at that only show my TV in mobile list
