Galaxy MThey dont bother and they dont accept that they have done this to their customers. Whatever happened to your phone they just want you to spend more money on it.....I raise this issue to Samsung they replied in common " visit service center "
Everyone knows that it happened after last update but they don't even ready to accept it
So request to everyone use #samsungscam in your every post related to this type of issue then only they may revert with solution.
