Slow Charging

Honestly I'm done with M31s Phone.

after receiving slow charging issue 2 time, 

Recently my phone got Diagnosed by Service Center. After that it used to charge my phone from 15% to 100% within 1hour 35 mins.

Now just after 1 month, it really took around 2 hours to charge my phone from 45% to 100%! Like once again it started slowly charging the device.

Okay, even I have been using M31s since the last 6 months and have not faced a single issue with respect to charging. So I would ask you to visit the service center again and tell them about this and positively tell them that you have already visited with the same issue. Update me positively on what happens next.

Bro, during my second visit, I've done that already.

They were like "It's just a software error".

I can't get it, by Formatting my device, how the problem resolves.

If its a software issue, it can be fixed by a simple reset, or in future updates :)

If your expecting a refund then sorry my friend you will not get it but ypu can always visit the service centre as they provide free service for 1 year
