Signal reception issue in M31

My galaxy m31 have some serious issue of signal reception. I changed my Airtel sim twice and BSNL sim once but result is same. Airtel signal fluctuate between 4G to 2G and vice versa and voice quality also fall due to this. As per service center, they have changed  motherboard of the handset but issue unresolved. Even my 3.5 year old Mi note 4 and 3 year old Mi note 5 pro phone both sim work fine but not in latest Galaxy M31. for experiment I stared to use single sim of Airtel then issue not came. initially in first month, phone was working ok but after a month issue started. So I think signal reception unit quality is very very poor which can not bear the load of 2 Sim at a time. Also  may be issue stared when I updated my phone ,means update was not stable or having a bug. 

I visited multiple times to service center but issue still unresolved. I purchased this phone to boycott my old Chinese Mi note 4 but I  think I wish I go with Nokia, Asus or even Micromax or Lava, at least this kind of signal reception issue must not be there. Samsung is clearly making fool Indian people and encashing  the anti China sentiment. Totally worthless phone by a brand like Samsung.

It is because it is sar value is very less than what is required so signal is poor
