Secure folder issue

I can't transfer photos to the secure folder on m31s someone kindly help me

Go to secure folder
Then click on images, and select on those images which you want to add and click on done .
Note : If you have sd card inserted, then you will find two folders.

If its related to whatsapp files..then move those images to other folder like camera and try
