Scroll Screenshot not working & has a problem !?

Screenshot-Scroll doesnot work. I normally take screenshot using Assistant Menu & then press scroll to take longer page Screenshot.

But i can only take normal Screenshot but am unable to use the Scroll- Screenshot option.

It gives me an freezing error "Samsung Capture keeps stopping" & am not able to click anything over the error.

Any advise on this to make it work ?

Model: Galaxy M42 5G,

 with Software updated to latest.

Go to settings>apps>select samsung capture>clear cache/data

Also check for samsung capture updates

Go to settings 》apps 》Samsung capture 》tap 3 dots 》Uninstall update.
