Screenshot Error

Since I tried to reset the app preferences in Samsung Galaxy M52 5G phone but the problem I am facing now is Screenshot Error. Whenever I try to capture any screenshot it prompts me to a msg that I need to give the permission for MY FILES aaccess which unfortunately isn't available in the Samsung Capture app. Though it captures screenshot but i have to go to Gallery to access the Screenshot rather than the notification panel with quick settings. Screenshot is enclosed for the reference. Please help to overcome this issue!

U have to clear the cache of smart capture but thre prblm arises when smart capture isn't available in m52 5g.
So u can't clear the cache slso .

We acknowledge your query regarding the screenshot error issue. Kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue Mene > Settings > Assistant Menu ( Search in settings ) > Enable the Icon. The icon ball will appear on the home screen you will take the screenshot from there.

Note: It is not possible to capture a screenshot while using some apps and features.

Download apk from apkmirror old version, issue solved

This issue beacome after samsung capture new update .5.4.24 You need to install old version to resolve this problem. Go to site apkmirror or uptodown , where found old version 5.4.22 , approx 26 mb download apk n install, than your issue solved. , and also make auto update NEVER in galaxy store.
