Can anyone please help me fix out, why my device screen look yellowish in colour.

dude, just scroll your notifications panel.there you will find blue light filter,just tap on it and make it disable .

let me know if this help or not.

just turnoff your blue light filter from notification panel then yellowish screen will turn off
