I am not able to use screen recording in Samsung m21 device. I try to use third party application I won't get the good quality recording. It's humble request to Samsung to fix my problem.

Did you change the settings before recording bro ?

If the screen recording feature isn't working on your Android 11 device, try restarting your phone first. After that, try it again. If you've turned on Force Desktop mode on your Android device, disable it when the screen recording not working.

1. Clear cache:
Menu>> apps>> settings>> apps>> screen recorder>> storage>> clear cache.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
