If you are determined to get a Samsung device under 30k, go for A52s. But do keep in mind that the audio output is not good on A52s as the device doesn't have any hi-res DAC.

Bro, I have a pair of Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro which cost me 15k. Why will I buy cheap Ptron earbuds? I am not a bass head. I am an audiophile who prioritises mids (1k-5k Hz) especially vocals and have a 256GB SD card full of Hi-res FLAC files (24bit). Galaxy A52s has a cheap quality DAC which can't handle 250 Ohms without an amplifier. I don't have an issue as I use an external DAC (iBasso DC05), but not everyone can afford an external DAC. And without a good quality external DAC, audio quality is **bleep** on A52s. Put on a good quality headphone (not cheap bass heavy Ptron, Boat, JBL, Sony, Skullcandy earphones) and play some 24/32bit audio files on UAPP, Neutron player etc, you will immediately notice how bad the output is.

Useless costly headphones? Do you even know the meaning of studio headphones? I bet you have never even heard the term "Studio headphones". Couldn't have expected anything better from people who play 128kbps mp3 files on 2000 rupees bass heavy earphones. You probably hear nothing except for bass. But I guess it's okay for people who primarily listen to auto-tuned bhojpuri songs.
