Ek kam kar ...play store se carrier service install karke dekh..or google message ko default pe set karna...thoda wait karke dekh...hota ki nhi....mere pehle phone pe rcs chat connected nhi ho rha tha to maine carrier service install kiya tha to ho gya tha...

We should blame to jio or samsung should talk to jio regarding it

Use Google message aap there is option available to use Rcs ,also in my m34 Samsung message have not show any Rcs setting so if you want to use RCS with jio go for Google message ..
