Samsung m31 motherboard issue

My friend purchase m31 after 14 months phone only samsung startup screen appear when ask about service center they told there is motherboard problem to replace this motherboard 7 thousand 

Who is responsible for such issues samsung or user 

Samsung f62 I used this mobile from last 4 months there is network issue

Same thing happened with my samsung a50s 14 months old phone. Dey asked 9k to change motherboard. No option buyed new one 🥺

It is better to not to buy Samsung gadgets because the company absolutely cheating Indian customers

Problem is in Motherboard assembly unit of samsung... and also heat management is very bad now a days for exynos version chipset devices
