Dear samsung,

I bought the Samsung m30s just yesterday and I faced many problems in this phone. My phone is charging very slow 2% charging in 20 min.what is happening? This is my first problem 

 

I updated the Samsung m30s android version 10 and updated latest UI version.

After the update 1 hour later I was watching videos in YouTube but suddenly in the bottom of the screen of m30s my screen becomes white and displayed only white colour then I restated my phone .after restart my screen does not load.my screen is full black and when I click to power button it displays some different colours at the bottom of the screen.😢😢😢 . I tried many steps my nothing worked. I have some important property documents and other valuable things in that phone please samsung help me

Better take it to service center and send error report to Samsung

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check charging, if rating is 15W or above. Kindly try to charge the device in a non-inverter socket.

Note: Kindly open Device care from Settings > Battery > Please tap on 3 dots(more option) at the top right hand side > please select settings > enable fast cable charging.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
