Samsung m30s developer option is not available

I tried to open developer mode in my Samsung m30s phone I tapped 7 times bulid number  and it shows that but whem i went back and check it there was no developer mode

I tried restart also what should I do?

after loan is complete than devloper option is showing

yes not access because i have also buy m30s with Samsung finance plus i hav already talked with Samsung customer care they said your loan is completed than you can access

there is no alternative opetaion because security reason
