Samsung m30 - pathetic, network issues

Sim works fine in other handset but in m30, I cannot connect to 2g and 4g also a problem as calls are not going through. works with wifi calling but that too keep disconnecting. I visited the service center and the technician told me to use a Jio sim else the whole motherboard will be replaced which costs 7000 rupees. I am not able to understand why they cannot fix the issue without changing the whole unit. The guy did not register my concern anywhere and asked me to upgrade the software. I took backup and gave it to him and he did the reset but it didn't help. I asked him to check it properly and he told me that it will require a motherboard replacement. I don't understand why they can't fix it without changing the whole unit. its completely acceptable, the technician was rude and started to argue that he only have authority for complete replacement. I am going to boycott Samsung products as they are not up to the mark and the service is also pathetic.

You yourself do a factory reset and then try maybe it would work

Brother even I have same issue. The service center boy told me to replace the entire PSB which is motherboard. will cost me 7500-8000. Is this problem is occurring in every M series, then why they don't Give an network update to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

This is an hardware issue, probably the network chipset. and it is goof up by Samsung. They are running from it but this will definitely hit them in long run. I have already made my mind, i will not buy any Samsung device in my life, #boycottsamsung #infreriorquality #fooling #customers
