My back to back 8th smartphone from samsung (samsung galaxy m31) was my last purchase from Samsung.. Now samsung is my enemy. Facing the same problem.. My device stuck on Samsung logo in hand while using and didn't boot up to Normal..... After that I took it to service centre and then the agent told me for motherboard problem!!!!! I was like.....seriously?...It's just 1.3 years old and there is no any kind of misshandeling from my side though... My trust is broken completely .. Even if I might did mistake then i could bear it.. But its not from my side. I am 100% sure.... That's why I decided not to repair it again and i am not going to throw 8k in its motherboard otherwise I'll be a donkey for samsung. Samsung is not no.1 in quality now... go for oppo Xiaomi oneplus realmi. They will never disappoint you and definitely cost you much less than samsung and never make you cry. Just forget the class and choose wisely for your purchase. But wait.. 1 more thing... After when I returned to home, I put my sim card to my old j7 2016 and I observed that sim card is also damaged internally because of m31 device failure... Don't purchase anything blindly from samsung please save and value your money. I am requesting you all, because I know If i will make it repaired it will happen again... and I belongs from middle class family with having very tight budget. Dear samsung, you will cry in future for sure.

So I bought a new construction "SmartHome" 2 years ago - Awesome, love the home!
So... Having recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy "Smart" GPS watch before the home, and NOT totally impressed for numerous reasons... I'll go ahead and spill the beans on This reason now as this Failure RUNS THROUGH ALL SAMSUNG PRODUCTS... Samsung keeps Updating Everything Constantly - VERY, VERY POORLY! Because... all of their "Smart" products have a plethora of settings and options that MUST BE CUSTOMIZED AFTER EVERY UPDATE- WHY??? Because Samsungs Programmers are SO F%#&%ING LAME THAT THEY KEEP WIPING OUT ALL OF THOSE REQUIRED SETTINGS - STUPID!!!
BUT... That's ONLY the Beginning!!!
Literally Every Time I go to b use the systems, of which the Samsung SmartThings Hhub and App is Supposed to be a Central Controller... Ha! Failure of Something requiring a reboot or soft shutdown of App and memory flush then restart which Might fix the current Dysfunction! I'm a "Retired" former network engineer and I am now stuck back in the same **bleep** having to solve technical problems on systems that are SUPPOSED TO BE TIME SAVERS AND CONVIENIENT FOR THOSE LIKE MYSELF - NOT!!!
Oh... and the Cumbersone, slow, dysfunctional, lame, Samsung SmartThings App that's supposed run all the different systems... Ha! More, DAILY, Self-Support Headaches!!! By the time the App gets done coming alive, it's easier to just get up and do the tasks Old School!
I also bought a Huge "Smart" Samsung TV from the Air Force Base BX (I'm former Navy!)... What a TOTAL PIECE OF **bleep** IN EVERY SENSE, ESPECIALLY THE FORMERLY MENTIONED, LAME PROGRAMMERS THAT DESIGN AND PROGRAM THE OPERATING SYSTEM, USABILITY AND DYS-LOGIC... WHAT **bleep**! Completely User UNfriendly! It is Menu and Option Intensive to accomplish ANYTHING ON IT, EVEN CHANGING A CHANNEL... I HAVE TO SCROLL THROUGH SEVERAL HUNDRED CABLE CHANNELS, NKT EVEN A LAST CHANNEL OPTION THAT WORKS!!!
Honestly... I'm just getting started, but tired of writing this Scientifically Accurate diatribe. I will close with one last piece of BS... I have an internet connection with OVER 400Mbps throughput, this "top of the line" "Smart" Samsung TV can't get 35Mbps... which is NOT ENOUGH TO SUPPORT THE SCREEN SIZE AND RESOLUTION to keep up and provide a good image, which has all kinds of technical flaws, nor is there enough CPU power or memory to even help compensate. POS!!!!!!!
Samsung techs came to my house twice and replaced the motherboard each time in a mock show of effort to fix it!
Do NOT BUY SAMSUNG - ESPECIALLY FOR ANY SMARTHOME FANTASIES!!!
Samsung and it's code writers are absolute worthless **bleep**!! I can do better with my eyes closed! If you have a Samsung device, root it and install a custom rom, Samsung's OS is straight garbage!!
Will never purchase a Samsung product ever again. They have been sued multiple times for their bad behavior. If you want Samsung to get better dont buy their **bleep**, they will either fix it or they will drift away, much better products out there with cheaper prices. Go woke Go broke!!
