Samsung internet video download problem

I cannot download any video from Samsung internet. There are a video assistant option when I play any video. After clicking the full screen button of video assistant option the video could be save by clicking 3dots option in video player of Samsung internet browser. after update the video assistant works as well and save video option also available but when I click save video option download starts. But it fails to download the video all the times. I have tried this of any videos in online browsing. All website and all videos doing the same. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

I have tried all websites from which I downloaded previous videos.

Which website doesn't support save video, the option will be dimmed. You know that.

Problem solved by resetting the app. But lost my data after synchronized
