When i lock the screen all the download content has stopped on lock screen and when i unlock it i have to resume all data again so why the cellular data not working on lock screen I am facing this problem from latest updata android 11

check if you have turned on data saver or not
or you may have blocked the app to use background data
or you may have using ultra data saving mode without adding the specific app

no i m not using any mode all modes are off
