Its enough till 4 GB i think no need of 8 GB. It will not effect much better. Samsung will provide this in high range phones not from update they will give.

It is same as physical ram.
Example if if any samsung phone have 2gb physical ram with one ui 4 or later then the virtual ram will be also 2gb.
Upto 8gb.
