Samsung galaxy m31

Eye Comfort Shield is not working properly on my Samsung galaxy m 31. Please resolve the issue with next OTA update.

Same is happening with my M31.
I cannot even turn it on for once!

Edit (1st October 2022):
I sent all the log reports and complaint to samsung members community like one and a half month ago. Fast forward to 1st of October, I just randomly checked my eye comfort shield and to my surprise it was working perfectly!

P.S.:- I hope your problem is solved too by now!
