Samsung galaxy m31 problem

Samsung galaxy M31 have a problem in software.. lots of software bugs in Android 10 one ui2 .... Camera works and also heating issue and mobile get a lots of heat when you using normally... If possible please Samsung solve the problem with next update..

Please be assured and to resolve "Overheating" issue please follow the below given steps:

1)Close background running apps.
2)Uninstall the unnecessary apps.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
