Samsung galaxy M31 device restart and logo hanging issue after 14 months usage.. visited nearest servicenter and they are asking 7.5k Since it is just out of warranty.. Better to exchange and buy MI phones with same cost.. As everyone in this forum shouting all M 31 / M series devices hanging and restarting issues These samsung guys are sleeping just they want money... for just 16k phone how come person can spend 8k within one year... absolute non sense devices.. Raise your voice in social media and forums, friends, relatives not to buy this samsung M series devices.. its literally cheating middleclass as middleclass only can afford this M series devices.. Please don't buy you will suffer like everyone .. @samsung Please discontinue your M series or go with other processor

Sir if your facing issues with the phone try replacing its motherboard with the help of a third-party repair center
