Hi... I have noticed lot of issue on camera where frames were dropping and the pictures are getting blur when we take at 0.5x and while recording shifting from 1x to 0.5x frame lagging and getting stuck for 2sec, nevertheless photos are not good from M55, I have compared F62 photos with M55 and saw there were lot of detailing issue and noise in the pictures, could any one suggest how to fix it.

I assume that it can be fix by software update, most of the youtubers are suggested the same and commented that worst camera in the Samsung M line up.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. I already done it, visited the customer service and updated them to take back the device and provide the new series mobile, but they denied that and told to wait for further updates, nevertheless most of youtubers have already raised concerns regarding to camera 📷 issue with Samsung PR team, now it's in Samsung court to fix this issue.

Greetings from Samsung customer support.

As per your query, we'd request you to follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Check physical condition of your camera lens.
Broken camera lens>> Scratchy camera lens.
Note: Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on camera.
Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt and dust from the camera lens.

Clear camera application data-
Kindly check the device once after clearing the data from the camera app.
Please follow the below steps:
Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.>>Tap on Apps>>Tap on Camera>>Tap on Storage>>Tap on Clear Data>>

Remove third party application
Kindly uninstall that application by following the below steps and check once as the issue might occur due to third-party applications.
Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings>>Tap on Apps>>Select the third-party application from Apps (Eg. DU Recorder) >>Tap on Uninstall>>

Reset camera settings:
From the home screen tap on Camera>>Tap on Settings>>Scroll up and tap on Reset settings>> Tap on Reset.

Update device software (If Software update available): https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Mention steps had already done with the Samsung support., but no use still I see lags in frames while shifting camera from 1x to 0.5x and lot other 20240420_064400_023_1000000099_1713575640.jpg

Did not help at all. My M52 camera (2 years old) is better than this M55 camera
