Samsung M51 network issue not yet resolved

Dear samsung Team,

Already complaint has been raised but still not yet resolved
Realme1 first phone of realme having Airtel network in same network area giving good results of network but Samsung M51 having airtel network in same exact place giving very bad network.

I believe when realme1 very old phone can give very good result in network then why not recent samsung M51 cannot deliver such good result in network

Samsung team need to take care of such complaints seriously or else they will soon loose good market share in India 🇮🇳

Hoping Samsung will understand our Samsung M51 network issues concern

And also expecting carrier aggregation in upcoming update

CA is only for data connection bandwidth.....what we are taking is network signal reception.....i believe CA not meant for better signal reception....

yes M51 is having poor network reception when compared to other brand phone....i have also raised this complaint so many times but there are no proper reply and solution from samsung.....

For carrier aggregation only one way,
Provide feedback to samsung developers via feedback section(ask questions section), they need a minimum no. Of feedback from unique users (respect to no. of sales of device across all platforms), to add a premium feature. To provide feedback in samsung members app, Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask questions. If you want quicker action, write on every channel, whatsapp, samsung members app - ask question and error report, ceo escalation desk, service head desk, call toll free no. , support email of samsung, youtube, samsung content help( google it),samsung live chat,twitter, instagram,facebook,linkedin,etc. It is the power of our feedbacks only , that samsung started to give clipboard in many devices.

Continue giving, we got clipboard and samsung pay mini, we also take ca from Samsung.
