Samsung M51 Display flickering and color changing

After june1 security patch update I'm facing my m51 mobile display flickering and color changing into brown and whitish check below photos.  I'm already contacted customer support they said it is software issue keep mobile in safe mode...but if we keep in safe mode our data will me erased...I'm waiting for next update...so many people facing same problem in m51 mobile.

I'm facing the same issue. Have you got any positive response from the customer care?

Customer care said keep mobile in safe mode... if we keep mobile in safe mode our data will be gone...first we need to backup our data then we can put in safe mode...then problem will be rectified...if again problem occured then we need to visit service center and update software...Customer care said like this

Did it solve the issue when put in safe mode? How did you contacted the customer care? I'm out of warranty period. Would that be an problem?

If chargable service means you will be charged 1) for the display and 2) service charge.
