I am fed up after buying Samaung M42 5g phone, from beginning had issue on audio with video calls and now within two years motherboard problem, taken to service centre told around 9k to change the motherboard. So decided to move out from Samsung. My brother and brother's wife samsung phones also completely cpu dead. So everybody decided to moveout from Samsung.

I have same issue with M42 5G , all of a sudden motherboard collapsed, visited service center they asked me to pay 10000/- Decided to buy a new phone. Samsung is not providing durable products.
Samsung has become one of the third class smart phones manufacturers ever! I have 3 dead samsung phones from past 3 year. M13, 2 M42 5G now. My 2 year old M42 5G phone is dead now and I was told 10k for the repair. My friends are using 5 year old Mi phones. Unbelievable!!
And Mi is offering replacement in case of phone is dead but this bloody Samsung is not.
I will never ever go for Samsung phones ever in my life and will not let any of my friends and family also go for Samsung ever again.
Worst smartphone brand in the world. Shame on you Samsung.
