Im getting the same issue, wifi not working, phone hangs and goes into restart loop, after 20-30 restart attempts phone starts. so disgusting update, service center officials says motherbaord failing. now location, bluetooth and even mobile data does not work.

For me mobile data working but wifi and Hotspot not working. After factory set and certain restart only phone got in this condition.
