Samsung M35 Heating Issues !

I purchased samsung M35 in October 2024. Now i am facing some heating issues regularly. This phone gets warm even one app is opened. I usually do video calls and screen share but it can't handle specially screen sharing on video calls, then the multi window gets stopped. Any suggestions ?

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. How to send log files or complaint can you explain in brief, i am new on this application.

Edited : Here is the process
1. Long press on the app Samsung Members.

2.Select Error reports.
3.Choose the category of the report you are going to send.
4.Enter the details of the problem or attach a video or screenshot to make it easier to understand, when you finish, press the icon Send.

Please go to main page of Samsung Members App, click on support, click feedback, click error report then follow instructions on screen. Log files automatically send by system after send error report immediately but don't close Samsung Members App during this process till complete. We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

1. Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.
2. Decrease the screen brightness.
3. Close background running apps.
4. Uninstall the unnecessary apps.
5. Reduce long duration of graphics intensive gaming sessions as it may cause heating issue.
6. Avoid usage of mobile phone when charging.

7. Update software: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Tap on Download > Downloading updates > Tap on Install now.
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

8. If the issue is still not been resolved, Reset the device:
IMPORTANT:
• Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
• Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
• If you do not remember it, then reset, (Forgot password) your google account.
• For this:
• Open Gmail (https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin) > forgot password >Select ""try another way"" > Next > Enter a new password > Next.

Please follow the below steps to reset the device:
Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > tap on Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps)

If the issue still persists, after performing all troubleshooting steps, would request you to please visit the service center. Below is the link to find nearest service center

My M35 also having too much heating 🔥 while using youtube etc , temperature goes above 40°C

Exynos processor sch mein accha nahi hai, main mostly video calling karta hu tou heat krne lgta agr video call krte hue ek extra app bhi kholdu tou..or call ka window screen band ho jata hai.
