Samsung M33 features issue

Hi Team 

I'm using the M33 mobile and it's not having the screenshot option in the mobile 

Also I would like to have the screen lock widget, so that we can reduce the usage office power button

1. Power button + volume down can take screenshots.
2. You can also use edge panels.

I'm also not having music player inbuilt in M33 mobile

For that, you can download any music applications you like.
Samsung music is good too.
