Solved: Samsung M31 low battery backup

Hello guys ,

I'm using Galaxy m31 for about 5 months now.

Phone is showing me 19 hours of standby on full charge. And battery drains in about 12 hours after charging. I only use phone for moderate calling and social media. When I bought the phone standby time used to be about 1 day and 8 hours

Can I get some help please

by the way u can do this setting to those app which you mention as more consuming battery

5. Long press on each app, app>app info>

A. Mobile data> allow background data usage>off

B. Battery >allow background activity >off

C. Notification >disable unnecessary notifications like promotional and unnecessary reminder notifications.
as specially chrome have so many unnecessary notification

you can switch off the internet when not in use. Next drain battery fully and switch off and charge 100%. Check your background ops is switched off. Always charge between 20 to 80%.

battery drain isssue faced many users send feedback to samsung via member app and also wait foe next update may be Samsung fixed this problem

12 hours is not the on screen time.....its overall timing after charging to 100%
