Galaxy MHello Team,
I've purchased a new Samsung M31 mobile 2 months back and today I'm having this issue.
All videos either recorded or received through WhatsApp , facebook, youtubr are running in fast forward mode with no sound.
I have bought phone india and currently i am in europe. Could you please guide me how to solve this problem?
Please help. Thank you

Galaxy Mdid u configure ur phone to work as per European csc pda ap codes
does ur sim work fine
check this problem over wifi connection also
it could be due to network change and device network compatibility

Galaxy MI had the same problem for almost 6 months.. I went to service center 5 times and Samsung guys were not able to solve it. But finally It got solved. I used the 'auto restart' option and arranged a restart everyday morning. Now the problem is solved once and for all..

Galaxy MI had the same problem for a long time.. I visited several service centers and they didnt have any clue of the issue.. After so many trial and error I finaply figured out the way..I am pretty sure no one has figured out a permanent solution for this..
This issue always arise after the phone felling down with an impact. What I did was simple. Again I dropped the phone from a small height. A not so soft, not so hard fall.. After the fall, just restart the phone and the issue will be solved. Worked out for me..Just try it. I really know the frustration you feel for this issue. Just give a try.
