Samsung M31 Issues

I purchased newly S M31 on June 11 but after usage of 1 month Im facing below issues : 
1 Apps dont work or respond even when connected to Wifi or Mobile Data 
2 Phone has slowed down little bit 
3 Charging times is almost 2 Hrs 45 min 
4 Apps dont get updated viz Social networking apps when connected to Internet this is similar to other apps also (Notifications also dont work) it is slowed down when only apps are open it starts updating else no background updates even when connected to internet 
5. Internet browsing speed is very slow even when connected to Wifi or Mobile data with speed of 75Mbps 
6. Mobile signal - no full range shows it only shows 2~3 bars checked with operator but signal from them is good & not connectivity issues. 

DIY Done - 2wice formatted the phone via settings menu cleared cache & other data after that for 1 week performance is improved but after that again it starts slowing down a bit Scan Phone no virus or malware found 

Note - Issues is resolved temporarily & not permanently I have not made any settings change from settings menu 

Not sure why this issue is getting but seems to be not up to mark for this brand. 

OS A11 latest June update Software & phone is UpToDate 

Is this only for new mobiles anyone facing similar issues and what you have done to resolve this issue will be helpful 

Please let me know how to resolve this issue permanently.
