Samsung M31 - Add media screen not available in settings

Samsung free application is not available in Samsung M31 even after one ui 4.1 update and also not seeing "Add media page to home screen" settings in one UI Home screen settings but it is available in search results of settings app. Anyone face similar problem? Any idea to resolve this?

But it is not enabled

What should we do about this? I did raise concern to samsung support via whatsapp multiple times, no response so far.
