Samsung M30s ,Google map issue

Hey guys 
In my Samsung M30s after some updates Google map not opening from notification tray , it just show a blank white screen , 
I thought it may be my issue and called customer service many times they ask me to
 reset n check
make default n check 
Uninstall Google map n check
And even to try factory reset

After each every ckeck call get disconnected and I want to discribe the issue to new agent from the beginning , I tried everything but no change ...
Today I got same phone of my friend and checked did he has the problem successfully 😁 he too had the same issue ,since he didn't use maps for contribution (Local guides) he was unaware of it .

While googling about it it's not only our problem ,
So guys ,dear technical team of Samsung please do rectify it as soon as possible .

#1or 2 software updates came even after complining about it no update to that bug only ... May be my problem is not much important for you

Hi there,


In order to examine the issue occurring in your device, kindly send device log file within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details using Samsung Member Application i.e. Samsung Member Application > click on + icon > send feedback > error report > collect log files > attach.

looks like Samsung isn't able to resolve this issue.
They are evading my complaint stating that I need to take my device to service center.
